Position: Sales Associates - Granite/Marble Retail Store
Job Description:
An Inside/Outside Salesperson is expected to professionally represent our company as the face of our company, providing excellent customer service, thorough follow up and promoting sales.
Represent company in a positive and professional manner • Aim to satisfy clients and help achieve company goals • Visit clients under own directive as well as Founders lead • Be accountable for managing own customer accounts and thorough follow up of customers he/she assisted • Perform routine follow up calls to customers to maintain customer relationship, follow up on holds and other prospective sales, and promote material currently in stock • Properly managing holds, adhering to the company’s hold and deposit policy and properly stating the policy to customers • Attend networking functions on occasion under the direction of upper management • Work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and every Saturday 9am-2pm.

Qualifications:
Sales/retail experience preferred
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a flexible daily environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and dependable. Bilingual is preferred.
Working knowledge of office equipment such as Microsoft products, internet, scanner/fax/copy machine, as well as multi-line telephone equipment
